Services and Pricing
An acknowledgment is a notarial act where a notary public certifies that a person signing a document is who they claim to be and has signed voluntarily. Commonly used for legal documents like deeds, contracts, and powers of attorney. Valid photo ID required.
A Jurat is a notarial act where the notary administers an oath or affirmation confirming the document’s truthfulness. Examples include affidavits and sworn statements. Valid photo ID required.
Copy certification is a notarial act where a notary public certifies that a copy of an original document is a true and accurate reproduction. Often used for documents like medical records, business papers, and diplomas — when you need a notary to certify that a copy matches the original. Valid original required.

Fran can come to you at any convenient location, such as your home, office, hospital, or coffee shop. The travel fee is a small price for the convenience and time saved.
Standard travel: $30 (during open hours, 5 AM–6 PM).
After hours (6 PM–5 AM): $60 travel. After-hours appointments are case-by-case and not guaranteed. Text or call Fran to ask.

- I recommend Vegas Notary Pros 100%. Not knowing how inquiries worked on yelp, I contacted one business and it sent it out to all.
